Business Analyst - Supporting SAP Transformation

SolomonEdwards banking client is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support their enterprise-wide business continuity management system. Expert in Visio and strong SAP experience required.


W2 ONLY No C2C or Corp2Corp

LOCATION: MUST be local to Washington, DC Area to be considered

WORK STATUS: Hybrid 2-3 days Onsite (20433) & the rest Remote from Home

DURATION: 6 months, with possibility for extension


Business Analyst / Business Systems Analyst Supporting Accounting and Finance Transformation

Responsibilities:

  • Identify time-critical business processes
  • Complete Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP) .
  • Facilitating BCP testing, identify action items, and ensure BIA & BCP data quality.
  • Support the Business Continuity Team in the Operational Risk Department.
  • Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders and facilitate identification of critical processes in the business unit with agreed timeline.
  • Advise process owners on identifying time-critical processes to include process mapping.
  • Validate data and ensure data quality.
  • Participate status updates and reporting activities (using Visio) and ensure business unit complete their deliverables within agreed timeline.


Required Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems Management or relevant work experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Business Analyst experience with a track record in client serving roles.
  • Design SAP Future State
  • Familiarity with typical business processes combined with strong process analysis skills.
  • High-level of initiative with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Expert level Visio and SAP experience.
  • Contracts Management.
  • Project timeline, labor, expenses
  • Project pipeline and forecasting
  • Project financial management SAP modules Procure to Pay / Order to Cash
  • Procurement and grants
  • Government compliance experience is a plus.
  • Ability to communicate well with all organizational levels, and technical as well as non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work directly with clients and management along with facilitate and navigate discussions with stakeholders to ensure clarity, prioritization, and consensus.
  • Ability to work well with diverse team members, often in multiple locations.
  • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to work with different points-of-view and lead the team to convergence, while always keeping the project/initiative objectives in sight.



Rate $65 -$80 per hour W2. The specific compensation for this role will be determined based on the education, experience, location, and skill set of the individual selected for this position.
