About InductEV:

InductEv will be the leading AI powered, wireless, EV-charging platform, offering hardware, software and data to our OEMs, commercial fleet operators, energy partners, and infrastructure owners (aka CRE, intra-modal facilities, etc.) to achieve exponential growth and value for our customers, associates and investors.


We will do this through a multi-sided platform that collects revenues from OEMs, infrastructure owners/fleet operators and energy partners from our technology stack and AI.

Our wireless EV Technology stack shall include our vehicle assembly and ground assembly hardware, our software designs, and our energy analytics.


We will use AI in everything we do - from designing our hardware, software and data analytics to achieving a step function improvement in the cost and speed of our product design and development, software design and development, marketing and sales, hiring and training, and all other internal functions.


JOB SUMMARY:

The Payroll and Benefits Specialist is responsible for completing a variety of tasks to support the daily operations of the HR department at InductEV. Duties include administering compensation and benefits plans, processing and managing payroll, comparing HR laws to current policies and procedures, drafting templates for HR documents, and working with other members of the company to oversee the hiring and onboarding process for company employees.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Process and manage payroll
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
  • Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives
  • Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise
  • Assist in development and implementation of culture programs
  • Assist with performance management
  • Introduce Ai solutions to people programs
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates
  • Organize quarterly and annual employee performance reviews
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

  • Previous experience as an HR Admin
  • Previous experience in Administering Payroll
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; Intermediate Exel Skills; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  • Knowledge of Ai and tools to simplify processes
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a result driven approach
  • Understanding of the company business

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

  • Bachelor s Degree in Business, Human Resources, or relevant field
  • 2-3 years of administrative experience
  • 1-2 years of Payroll/Accounting Experience is a plus
