Job Overview:

Responsibilities:

  • Identify qualified candidates to fill specific roles for our corporate clients.
  • Review resumes and align them with suitable positions.
  • Conduct professional phone and video interviews to assess applicants and foster client relationships.
  • Assist in interview preparations, communication, and extending offers to qualified candidates.
  • Maintain organized records of client and applicant information in the system for updates and tracking purposes.
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to fulfill their staffing requirements.
  • Proactively engage in other projects or tasks within a dynamic work environment.


Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of successful Agency Recruiting & Technical Recruiting experience is required.
  • Bachelor s degree in business or a related field
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that is deadline driven.
  • Clear understanding of the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle processes.
  • Proficient with applicant tracking systems, such as Bullhorn, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEz, Microsoft Office
  • Experience in cold calling
