**Specialist, Delivery Fulfillment**
Grapevine, TX, USA Req #1742 Friday, April 23, 2021 BASIC PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF POSITION
Responsible for end to end management and execution of SAP sales orders to delivery orders across all Kubota whole good product lines for a large volume distribution center, while serving as the primary internal contact for inquiries and/or escalations regarding order/delivery fulfillment..
PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES : This position does the following in accordance with all applicable Federal, State and local laws / regulations and the Companys policies, procedures and guidelines:
* Manage, execute, and maintain orders through completion in SAP from end to end. Ensure integrity of data in SAP is complete and accurate
* Delivery creation, monitoring, tracking in SAP. Responsible for SAP delivery creation and related ancillary SAP documents.
* Daily monitoring of inbound receipts compared against Kubota's open order base with a relentless pursuit to get whole goods inventory onto delivery order.
* Research and identify problems gating delivery order creation, then decide how to resolve issues as they arise.
* Other responsibilities as assigned by management.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelors degree in Business or related field required.
* At least 3 years of customer service experience in a similar environment preferred.
* At least 3 years of SAP experience completing delivery orders from start to finish.
* Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
* Advanced data entry proficiency.
* Willingness to travel at least 10%.

Office equipment including computer, copier, phone
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
Typical office environment, will require walking, standing and sitting at a computer
