About Us:

The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott Atlanta Airport South is a reputable hotel dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences. Our team is committed to delivering outstanding service and creating memorable moments for our guests. We are currently seeking a talented and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our growing family. Flexible Availability is required to work both a 7am - 3pm or 3pm - 11pm shift.

Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with a warm and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the hotel.
• Efficiently handle guest check-in and check-out processes.
• Provide information about hotel amenities, services, and local attractions.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Ensure accurate billing and payment processing.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Assist with reservations and room assignments.
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to meet guest needs.
• Resolve guest issues and concerns to ensure their satisfaction.
• Uphold the high standards of the Marriott brand for guest service excellence.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous customer service or hospitality experience is preferred.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Familiarity with hotel reservation and check-in/check-out systems is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Marriott brand and its commitment to guest satisfaction is a plus.

Compensation :

Starting Pay: $16.00/hr + Benefits
