Our client, a well-established GC located on Long Island, is seeking an Estimator to join its growing team.
*Client Details*
Our client has been providing construction, & project management services to public & private clients across the commercial sector in NYC
*Description*
* Generates estimates & proposals for selected projects.
* Obtains bidders lists for projects that have been scoped & estimated.
* Actively pursues bid projects with timely follow up & awareness of project status.
* Assists customers with project & product inquiries.
*Profile*
* BS degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or Project Management preferred
* Minimum one year of experience in the building/construction/property industry
* Experience with conceptual estimating
* Ground up project knowledge and experience
