Ledgent Technology is on the hunt for a Marketing Operations Specialist for our client. This full-time, on-site role is located in Boca Raton, Florida, demanding a commitment of five days per week. This position is perfect for those with a strong passion for marketing, along with an exceptional ability to organize and pay attention to detail. It involves a wide array of tasks, including CRM management, data planning, and executing both online and print marketing materials.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee the promotional framework within our CRM to bolster marketing campaigns.
- Generate, refresh, and supervise online ordering platforms and confirmation processes.
- Design and maintain marketing polls and surveys to capture insights and monitor outcomes.
- Work alongside departments such as the Call Center, Customer Service, Graphics, and Circulation to craft and implement marketing strategies.
- Manage and monitor URLs, domains, and vanity URLs designated for marketing initiatives.
- Handle and curate marketing materials on our website, utilizing DFP and other tracking instruments.
- Compile and maintain reports on marketing performance, delivering insights on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
- Organize and manage marketing creative assets and tracking for reporting purposes, ensuring ease of access and organization.
- Aid team members by maintaining organization, facilitating success metrics, and keeping projects on schedule.
Skills Required:
- Proficiency in HTML/CSS.
- Competency in CRM/CMS management.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel/SQL skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.

Qualifications:
- 2+ years of marketing experience.
