Chemours is seeking a Value Creation Leader to join our North America Sales Team in Titanium Technologies. The position will report to the North America Sales Director in our Wilmington, DE location.

The Value Creation Leader position is responsible for running a structured approach for decision-making and resource allocation in collaboration with key customers that will deliver value.

The responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Build access through key customers organizations; key member of account teams responsible for growing the relationship network into all customer functions to uncover value and synergies.
  • Conduct business assessments of key customer critical needs.
  • Align needs with Chemours capabilities and assessment of value creation.
  • Mutually establish priorities with customer leadership
  • Drive projects from beginning to end (scope, project plans, resource requirements, timing, milestones, internal and external management processes)
  • Quantify and track business impact to Chemours TT and customer.
  • Build global view of organization, focused on value creation opportunities of all types and levels and develop a deep understanding of the key global account's business.


The following is required for the role:
  • Bachelor's in Chemical, Engineering or in a technical field with 5+ years of work-related experience.
  • 20-30% travel (most domestic but some potential international)
  • Experience in managing/leading multiple projects at one time.
  • Experience with financial evaluation of opportunities/projects.
  • Multifunctional experiences within chemicals
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate with impact - both written and verbal
  • Highly motivated self-starter
  • Strong project management, problem solving, and analytical capabilities.
  • Natural curiosity - understand holistic business problems and opportunities.
  • Strong team player as well as ability to work independently.


The following is preferred for the role:
  • 1-3 years of commercial experience interacting with high profile customers
  • 1-3 years of experience with TiO2 or related industry
  • Demonstrated ability to develop relationships across all levels and functions across a customer organization.
  • Strong understanding of Chemours capabilities
  • Six Sigma Certified

Pay Range (in local currency):
$93,184.00 - $145,600.00

25

Annual Bonus Target:
8%
