Responsibilities include:
- Recruiting attorneys for positions with law firms and corporate legal departments
- In-depth interviewing with attorney candidates to assess marketability
- Networking with attorneys and legal professionals
- Extending offers of employment to attorney candidates and negotiating compensation packages
- Assisting all parties in making discreet and informed employment decisions.
You could be the perfect person for this job if you have the following:
- Must have experience practicing law and the desire to move into a sales/recruiting role
- Enthusiasm and personal motivation
- Business acumen and an entrepreneurial edge
- Prior sales experience preferred, but not required (retail, client services)
- JD required
The positions is remote but the successful candidate must sit in Miami to facilitate candidate and client meetings. Strong ties to the Jacksonville legal market are preferred.
The position offers competitive compensation comprised of base salary, commission, and bonus as well as benefits. No prior recruiting experience required. Experience practicing law is a requirement.
