Construction Manager ( Owners Rep) - Oklahoma - 24 Month Contract.

As a Solar Construction Manager - Owner's Representative, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the successful execution of solar energy projects on behalf of our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in solar construction, and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the construction phase of solar energy projects.
Coordinate and manage all aspects of construction activities, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Oversee onsite construction teams and subcontractors to ensure adherence to project plans, specifications, and safety protocols.
Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to identify and address any issues or discrepancies.
Collaborate with engineering and design teams to resolve technical challenges and optimize project performance.
Prepare regular progress reports and updates for clients, stakeholders, and senior management.
Proactively identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project delays and cost overruns.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, building codes, and industry standards.

Ideal Profile:

12+ Years experience within the renewable energy market with 3+ years of experience within Solar.
Strong technical knowledge of solar energy systems, construction methods, and industry best practices.
A proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale projects.
Strong industry reference from previous employers.
