The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the construction site, ensuring the project is delivered on time and to a high standard. You will be in charge of overseeing the subcontractors, managing the budget, and ensuring safety requirements are met.
To be considered for this role, you must have experience as a Superintendent for a commercial contractor and have experience in managing budgets, scheduling, and reviewing construction documents. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
