is seeking a Full or Part-time Customer Service Representative for its home office located in Boise, ID. FiftyFlowers provides wholesale flowers, fresh and direct from a global network of top flower farms. Dedicated to DIY customers and professionals who need high-quality bulk flowers for special events and productions, we ensure that all flowers are freshly hand-picked from our partner farms and shipped directly to the shipping address of choice via the fastest express delivery available.
The Customer Service Representative is the voice of FiftyFlowers and provides a unique experience for our clients through personalized, virtual communication. In addition to providing warm and friendly service, the representative provides custom recommendations for clients to create the floral designs they envision. This person thrives in a fast-paced environment, is a multi-tasker and is self-motivated, customer focused, and sales driven with a knack for creative problem solving.

* Provide excellent customer service for every client opportunity and request
* Assist clients with order placement on the website
* Maintain a high level of product knowledge and familiarity of product offerings and industry trends
* Resolve transportation and product related issues including delivery delays and product substitutions
* Address sensitive situations with urgency and empathy
* Contact current and prospective customers to perform basic account maintenance
* Support department managers with administrative assistance as needed
* Perform other tasks as assigned, within the scope of Customer Service
Job Skills & Qualifications
Required:
* 2-4 years experience in customer-facing role, call center, or retail environment
* Flexibility and desire for continual learning and improvement of skills
* Ability to multitask
* Attentive to details
* Time management and work prioritization skills
* Floral, wedding, and/or event experience preferred
* Sales experience preferred
* Experience with Zendesk a plus
Additional Information:
* This is a Full or Part-time position
* Salary is commensurate with experience
* Days and hours of operation are Monday to Friday 6:00am to 6pm MST, with occasional Saturday hours from 8am- 4pm
