The headquarters is in the El Monte. We specialized in large item cloud fulfillment and drop shipping.

Reporting to the IT Manager, the senior IT Engineer is responsible for troubleshooting a wide variety of technical issues, ranging from network connectivity to warehouse equipment issues to API/EDI integration. Under limited supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots and debugs moderately complex system. Collaborates internally and externally in brainstorming, designing, developing, and implementing new solutions as well as suggesting tools, technologies, and best practices to lead continuous improvements on existing systems and networks. Overtime may be required, including weekends.


Job Expectations

  • Collaborates internally and externally in brainstorming, designing, developing, and implementing new solutions, as well as suggesting tools, technologies, and best practices to lead continuous improvements on existing systems and networks.
  • Under limited supervision, designs, develops, troubleshoots, and debugs moderately complex systems.
  • Management of IT Assets in a warehouse environment, including Smartphone/Desktop/Laptop/ Printers hardware.
  • Run various diagnostic programs for troubleshooting or monitoring purposes.
  • Using API or EDI to integrate with customer's system.
  • Collaborate across cross-functional departments (e.g., Warehouse, Application Engineering, and business teams) to solve high impact incidents with a sense of urgency by providing quality and accurate information.
  • Build relationships with Warehouse Operations team by spending time on warehouse floor to learn their workflows to effectively assist with technical issues when they arise.
  • Prioritize tickets on IT Helpdesk CRM (Fresh Service) to ensure local and remote users receive updates and resolutions in a timely manner.
  • Perform research independently by asking clarifying questions, gather relevant data, and resolve the manner using a data driven approach.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

  • Ability to work effectively on a team, and to work independently with minimal supervision. Self-motivated. Driven to provide excellent service.
  • An understanding of cloud computing principles and practices. experience with production applications in cloud environments.
  • Knowledge in key programming concepts optimization techniques, API design, relational mapping frameworks, and distributed applications.
  • Strong Excel and SQL Database knowledge.
  • An understanding of database concepts and experience writing SQL in a relational database such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
  • Demonstrate accountability and ownership by employing a strong work ethic to solve complex problems from start to finish.
  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Excellent leadership and conflict resolution skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Bilingual fluent in English and Chinese Mandarin.
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills

Equipment Knowledge:

  • Strong T-SQL programming skills.
  • Proficient with programming, API, and EDI.
  • Knowledge of TCP/IP and various Internet communication protocols.
  • Experience with Active Directory setup and configuration
  • Familiarity with deploying network Hardware: printers/routers/switches.
  • Proficient computer skills as an independent user


Experience Requirements:

At least 5 years qualifying work experience in information technology or engineering environment.

Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

Wireless survey experience or certification such as ECSE is a plus.

Education Requirements

Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, or information systems or related field and/or equivalent formal training or work experience.

Physical Demands

  • Frequently see periods of prolonged sitting and repetitive motions due to use of computer equipment and telephones.
  • Occasionally lift and/or carry up to 25 lbs.
  • Occasionally stand, walk, squat, kneel, twist at the waist, use hands for fine manipulation, pushing & pulling, reaching above and below shoulder level.
  • Occasionally climb stairs to reach second-floor office locations.
  • Occasionally, use a scissor lift to troubleshoot network issues at a high location.
  • Occasionally travel by airplane and/or automobile to U.S. domestic destinations

Work Environment

  • Work performed indoors in an office facility with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
  • Certain office locations are adjacent to warehouse facility spaces with temperatures subject to normal environmental conditions.
  • Noise level of the office environment is low.
  • Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is provided.
