Position Overview: We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Production Artist. The ideal candidate will have a passion for design, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. As a Production Artist, you will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and quality of all design assets as they move through the production process.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with designers and creative directors to execute design concepts and bring them to life.
- Prepare final press-ready files based on supplied specifications for several types of printing.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all artwork meets brand standards and production requirements.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of style guides and templates.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
- 2+ years of experience working as a Production Artist or in a similar role.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
- Strong understanding of print production processes and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
