Clear Behavioral Health (formerly Clear Recovery Center) is a mental health and substance abuse treatment program with online and in-person locations across Los Angeles, CA. We specialize in helping teens and adults suffering from mood and anxiety disorders, substance use and addiction, self-harm, attachment and burnout. Our treatment teams of subject matter experts deliver holistic, individualized, and multimodal mental health treatment through an engaging and therapeutic environment using state of the art, evidence-based clinical care. Our continuum of care includes outpatient, intensive outpatient, partial hospitalization/day treatment, residential treatment, and inpatient detox.
We are seeking:
A committed therapist to join our expanding team for our adolescent PHP/IOP. We are looking for someone passionate about making a tangible difference in patients' lives. The ideal candidate will possess experience in the mental health field, demonstrating proficiency in individual and group therapy. They should excel both independently and within a team, delivering holistic, patient-centered care.
Hours: Monday to Friday (12:00 pm - 8:30 pm)
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and devise tailored treatment plans for clients.
- Lead comprehensive evaluations and provide diagnostic summaries.
- Deliver individual therapy sessions, adapting approaches to meet clients' unique needs.
- Facilitate group counseling sessions, educational workshops, and meetings as outlined in the program.
- Embrace a multidisciplinary approach in collaborative treatment planning.
- Supervise treatment services for the designated client caseload, ensuring adherence to clinical standards.
- Actively participate in in-service training sessions and supervisory meetings to foster professional development.
Qualifications:
- Registered Therapist status (AMFT, ACSW, APCC, LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or equivalent).
- Hold a Master s degree in a relevant field.
- Demonstrated expertise in planning and leading psychotherapy groups.
- Familiarity with evidence-based psychotherapeutic treatments.
- Proficiency in assessing suicidality and implementing safety planning measures.
- Knowledge of DSM-5 diagnoses.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team setting.
Compensation/Benefits:
- Associate starting pay: $30/hr for fresh grads. Pay increases depending on hours accumulated,licensure, and experience.
- Supervision hours are provided.
- Eligible for benefits beginning the 1st of the following month after being hired.
