Job Details

Fully trained Inserter operators are an important part of our world class direct mail team. When fully trained, operators will have a good working knowledge of current USPS mail preparation rules and regulations so that they can work with and train others to have that same level of knowledge. They will also be trained to be able to set up and running a wide variety mailing jobs on our high-speed inserting equipment including matching pieces and ink jetting inline. All our operators have a strong attention to detail in this role to ensure projects being 100% verified, securely mailed, and / or are matching correctly.RequirementsDuties and Responsibilities Set-up, operate and troubleshoot high-speed Inserters with inline equipment. Read and understand job tickets to prepare and run jobs. Complete required quality checks following SeaChange QC procedures while processing jobs. Displays a working knowledge of postal preparation including sortation, traying, sacking, and palletizing mail properly for USPS entry. Follow Daily, Weekly, Monthly maintenance procedures to ensure inserters a.re always well maintained Is accountable for quality, delivery, and cost to meet or exceed internal/external customer expectations. Maintain a clean, neat, and safe workspace Provide direction and training to other Team Members and Associates for continual improvement. Other duties as assignedRequired Knowledge and ExperienceAbility to communication well using both verbal and written skills to appropriately interpret and communicate production instructions. Ability to interact with team members in a respectful and professional manner is a key component of the position. In addition to this, the operator will have high quality standards, good judgement, and good organizational skills. This position requires, or may require, access to "Client-Sensitive" data, PHI/ePHI access or authorization. Mandatory security training as well as background check may be required.Preferred Knowledge and ExperiencePreferred experience running intelligent Inserters, setting up ink jet systems, matching cameras, and 100% verification systems.
