Our client in the Manufacturing space is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team on a DIRECT HIRE basis. Ideal candidates will have 2+ years of business to business customer service experience and have utilized a CRM system.
Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Southwest Chicago - near Midway Airport
Pay: $50k-$60k (pay based on experience)
Work Type: DIRECT HIRE
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
- Supporting customer needs by answering questions, processing quotes, and placing orders
- Developing a thorough understanding of the customer s unique product specifications, requirements, and needs
- Proactively Communicating with customers over the phone and via email
- Act as a liaison between our customers, Sales Executives, & manufacturing facilities, providing product and service solutions
- Work with logistics and leaders at our plants to discuss inventory status to keep customers informed.
- Manage VMIs, stocking programs and customer inventory programs with team.
- Use of CRM and NetSuite to document sales and service activities
