Job Description

  • Revise and execute comprehensive marketing communications strategies leveraging email channels to achieve business goals.
  • Develop captivating email content, encompassing copywriting, design elements, and multimedia assets, aligning seamlessly with brand aesthetics and audience preferences.
  • Manage the marketing communications calendar, schedule and deploy campaigns.
  • Utilize email automation tools to orchestrate triggered and drip campaigns, meticulously tailoring messaging to customer behavior, lifecycle stages, and segmentation.
  • A/B testing and dissect campaign performance metrics (including open rates, click-through rates, conversion rates) to iterate and optimize campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design, content creation, and product development, ensuring alignment of email marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure strict adherence to email marketing regulations (such as CAN-SPAM, GDPR) and industry best practices to safeguard sender reputation and optimize deliverability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor s degree in marketing or related field
  • Proven track record (2-5 years) in marketing communications, with a strong emphasis on email marketing.
  • Proficiency in utilizing email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, SendGrid) and marketing automation tools.
  • Exceptional copywriting skills coupled with a keen eye for creative design.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to derive actionable insights from data analysis.
  • Outstanding communication and collaboration skills, essential for effective teamwork in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting.
  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS for basic email template customization is advantageous.
