Food Services Asst General Manager


Job Details

Site Managers are the representatives of Guckenheimer. They are responsible for the effective and efficient functioning of their operations within the guidelines established by the client organization and the Corporation.


They are further responsible for providing the highest professional standards possible and are given the authority necessary to accomplish these objectives.

Key Areas of Collaboration and Influence


Key liaison between leadership for strong financial acumen to hit monthly budget

To satisfy the needs of the client and customer by providing high-quality, cost-effective food service

Understand and demonstrate company policies/procedures, HACCP, Cleaning Procedures, Task by Time, LeanPath, and company SOP s


Ideal Candidate Experience


College degree or at least 4 years of relevant work experience

Proven leadership skills with a history of effective management

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to positively interact with staff and clients

Self-motivated and detail-oriented, with notable experience handling multiple projects and tasks

Comfort using common computer operating systems and tools, with a strong emphasis on Google Suite and Microsoft products

Previous hiring experience required


Key Accountabilities


Must comply with all SERV Safe and HACCP programs and standards

Building strong customer relationships and delivering customer-centric solutions

Develop good customer relationships and address customer service needs

Manage purchasing, inventory, maintenance, and other operational functions to ensure monthly budgets are hit

Demonstrate an elevated level of accountability and self-awareness

Build teams to be customer focused and solutions oriented, all while being flexible in constant change

Maintain service standards and CPEs of the client


Physical Demands & Work Environment


Work up to 8 hours a day on your feet, excluding breaks

Must be able to lift a minimum of 25lbs

Come to work properly dressed according to the dress code

Employee must be able to work under pressure and time deadlines during peak periods
