Inventory Assistant Role and Responsibilities:

  • check orders after delivery to ensure all orders have been accurately completed
  • prepare reports and documentation as required
  • review orders for customers
  • perform inventory inspection before departing
  • Organize inventory items safely and efficiently
  • follow any customer specifications
  • adhere to time and route schedules
  • obtain delivery confirmation from customers
  • utilize appropriate technology to manage the delivery process including handheld technology efficiently
  • accept payments for delivered items
  • handle customer questions and concerns
