about your business. Home Care Pulse is growing quickly and were looking to add talented and dedicated people to our customer satisfaction team. Our customer satisfaction associates perform surveys over the phone with seniors, families, and caregivers across the country. The purpose of these calls is to learn how their care providers can take better care of them or improve their work environment. **Position Summary**
We pay starting at $10/hour, provide opportunities for raises, promotion and advancement, and provide continual incentives, perks, and events to keep a fun work atmosphere. You can also build your own schedule each quarter to be more flexible with school, kids, or other priorities. We know that call center jobsand part-time jobs in generalcan be tough, and weve worked hard to make sure that this is the best call center job youll ever find.

**Position Requirements**
* Must be Fluent in Spanish
* Must be able to type at least 50 wpm* and talk on the phone at the same time.
* Excellent phone etiquette
* Proficient in Microsoft Office software
* Good attitude & strong work ethic
* Option to Work Remotely- Remote Employees must have own reliable computer and internet
