Tyto Athene is seeking a Remedy Administrator to support the onsite Marine Corps Cyberspace Operations Group (MCCOG) C2 Systems Remedy team and will be primarily responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance under the guidance of the operations team lead. This position will be four days onsite, one day remote.
Responsibilities:
- Creating People Records. Setting up and managing accounts to ensure only authorized users with the appropriate permissions are granted access.
- Troubleshooting basic incidents and escalating to a Remedy engineer as needed.
- Performing foundation data updates following established procedures.
- Reviewing logs and system performance following established procedures. Reporting anomalies using the incident management process.
- Performing patching and deployments under the guidance of a Remedy Engineer.
Required:
- BMC AR System administration
- BMC ITSM Suite administration
- Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, Asset Management, Service Request Management
- BMC DWP and DWP Catalog (Linux) administration
- BMC CMDB administration
- Tomcat patching
- Java patching
- Ability to use BMC Remedy logs and dev studio to troubleshoot complex workflow issues
- Ability to work with BMC to troubleshoot complex workflow issues
- Windows Server OS navigation
- Importing deployment packages using the AR System Deployment Management
Desired:
- Development of service offerings in SRM/DWP
- Experience with Application STIGS and system patching
- BMC ITSM Suite installation, upgrades, and troubleshooting
- BMC DWP and DWP Catalog (Linux) installation and troubleshooting
- BMC Remedy Single Sign On (RSSO) installation and troubleshooting
- Smart Reporting administration
- Familiar with Discovery applications
- Linux OS Administration
- SQL Knowledge
Qualifications:
- 3+ Direct Remedy administration experience with BS Degree or 5+ Direct Remedy administration experience without BS Degree
- DOD 8570 Certifications: IAT Level II see
- Clearance: Secret
