Bookkeeper
Job Description:We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting, with experience in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop.
Responsibilities:- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes- Reconcile bank and credit card statements- Prepare and maintain balance sheets- Process payroll and payroll tax filings- Prepare financial reports for management
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred- Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and QuickBooks Desktop- Strong understanding of accounting principles- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
