LHH is partnering with an exciting boutique firm in Prince George county for an experienced Social Media Manager with a background in product or services marketing. This role gets to help create and curate the social image for a growing brand.
Role Responsibilities:
- Expanding firm current social media strategy to more accurately communicate benefits to potential customers
- Building a more prominent brand story that will be delivered through social media channels
- Track and adhere to social media marketing budgets both per project and annually
- Handle social media inquiries
- Create and oversee efforts to raise brand awareness through social media
- Create and execute a social media schedule across various platforms,
- Create and oversee a content production schedule
- Create a strategy and oversee efforts to capture content in our design and fabrication process as well as during on-site installations
- Hire and manage creative subcontractors (Photographers, videographers etc.) to accomplish social media marketing initiatives
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years in social media experience with experience working with or being the head of creative
- Specific experience in building and communicating a brand's story across various mediums
- At least one year of experience working and building branding/marketing initiatives for a creative company
- Must be people-oriented, supportive, and work well in a team environment
- Have the ability to manage time and to work on multiple tasks (simultaneously) with ease
- Must prioritize follow-through and effective decision making
- The ability to organize and direct other creatives and manage multiple projects is highly desired
- Proven experience with managing and growing various social media accounts
- Successful experience running targeted social media ad campaigns
- Strong knowledge and track record of creating high quality social media video
- Strong interest and up-to-date in current design trends, including interior design or similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint or Keynote
- Proficiency in adobe creative suite, basic photography, and WordPress management
Additional Requirements:
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid U.S. driver's license.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Ability to travel up to 4 times a year within the US and local travel for content creation purposes on a semi regular basis
