What This Position is All About

The Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis will partner with the Store organization on financial plan, forecast and analysis. The successful candidate will be responsible for presenting timely and accurate reporting and analysis of business performance to various business partners and corporate finance. The successful candidate will play a key role in evaluating and understanding financial opportunities with key business partners and provide analytics to support business decisions to help maximize profitability. This role requires expertise in financial modeling, analytics, strong communication and presentation development.

You Also Have:
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting with an emphasis on decision support
  • Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Oracle & Hyperion experience is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  • CPA, CMA or CGA is a plus
As The Manager, FP&A You Will:
  • Improve business profitability by providing timely P&L analysis and calling out areas of improvements\concerns
  • Develop accurate forecasts and budgets and ensure appropriate challenges are raised with the business partners
  • Keep constant communication with business owners to ensure that all expenses are accounted for at the time they are incurred and ensure that all business decisions are within budget guidelines
  • Expense management with consistent and timely review with the business to achieve better than plan status
  • Produce and present monthly results, supporting Executive briefing presentations and reporting
  • Develop reporting to assist the business in making decisions to continue to drive EBITDA growth
  • Review and load monthly expense forecasts and ensure variances for future months are reflected accurately
  • Support the month end close process to ensure accurate financial statements

The starting salary for this position is between $86,000 - $97,000 annually. Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Bonus.
