Description:Assemble the loaders to the mechanical specificationsWire the loaders to the electrical schematic specificationsAssemble loaders and spare parts in the order of priority (Supervisor/Team Leader will set priorities)Inspect all assemblies for proper operationTest and de-bug the loaders for the correct product size and configurationFollow company safety policiesKeep the work area neat and cleanComplete Engineering Change Forms to document necessary modifications to parts and assembliesKeep accurate timesheetsPerform secondary operations as needed (i.e. tapping, reaming, and stud welding)Take photographs of all machine guarding prior to cratingCrate the loaders and spare parts for shipmentParticipate in continuous improvement projectsParticipate in 5S activitiesSkills:Assembly, Production, Mechanical, Mechanical assembly, Industrial, Hand and power tools, Industrial assembly, Electrical, Machine assemblyAdditional Skills & Qualifications:Must have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalentMust be mechanically inclinedMust be proficient at reading mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic blueprintsMust be proficient at using a tape measure and dial caliperMust have excellent communication and organizational skillsA knowledge of electrical circuitry and pneumatics is desiredExperience Level:Intermediate LevelAbout Aerotek:We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
