Qualifications:

2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in healthcare, office, or hospitality
Excellent interpersonal skills with a respect for diversity
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel)
Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
High School Diploma/GED required; Associates Degree preferred

Responsibilities:

Flexibility to work at two different office locations (Aiea-Honolulu)
Ensure accurate patient information and documentation for scheduling, registration, and collections
Monitor front office for a positive patient experience
Maintain registration accuracy and provide performance feedback
Efficiently manage appointments and patient inquiries
Preserve patient confidentiality and handle complaints
Handle daily deposits and insurance verification
Perform additional duties as assigned
