About Us:
LHH is partnering with a leading construction company dedicated to excellence. We're currently seeking a skilled Concrete Foreman to oversee concrete operations and ensure projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Role Overview:
As a Concrete Foreman, you'll lead a team of concrete workers, manage daily operations on construction sites, and ensure projects meet quality and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise concrete crews.
- Coordinate concrete deliveries and placement.
- Oversee formwork installation and concrete finishing.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with project managers and other stakeholders.
We're Looking For:
- Proven experience as a Concrete Foreman or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of concrete construction techniques.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and understand project specifications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification a plus.
