**Description**
Ellsworth, an industry leader in low pressure molding and custom cavity pump technology, currently has an Inventory Control Clerk opportunity at Ellsworth Dispensing Solutions, located in Sparks, NV.
Compiles records concerned with ordering, receiving, storing, issuing, and shipping materials, supplies, and equipment by performing the following duties.
**REQUIREMENTS**
* 3+ years of experience of related industrial experience, preferably from a custom adhesive, chemical, coatings/paint, pharmaceutical/food manufacturing, or packaging/dispensing environment
* High school diploma or equivalency (GED, HSED)
* Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75lbs
* Proficient on a personal computer and have knowledge of ERP systems, Inventory Software, Software and Word Processing Software.
* Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out detailed but uninvolved written or oral instructions. Ability to deal with problems involving a few concrete variables in standardized situations.
* Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. Ability to write simple correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
* Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.

**DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES**
* Monitor and maintain the physical inventory for accuracy both in the warehouse, parts cage, and within the computer system.
* Using computer system, WMS handheld and pick lists, can accurately pick all items required for a production, sales or transfer order assigned to the department. Also pick all required items for out-side service providers.
* Compiles stock control records and information; conducts regular cycle count inventories, posts results and prepares variance report for management.
* Returns all items to the proper warehouse location sent back from production areas and outside service providers.
* Reviews files to determine unused items and recommends disposal of excess stock; Create scrap tickets and move scrap material to the appropriate waste stream location; work with the production area on appropriate scrap status after a job completes.
* Maintain clean warehouse & clutter free aisles; place all items in racking according to use turns & size requirements.
* Monitor and reorder consumable for the production floor.
* Conform to all quality and safety related procedures.
* Back up for the Receiving and Shipping Clerks.
