**Hourly Rate up to $17.00 - First Shift 8-5 Monday - Friday**
**Training provided**
The Warehouse Assembly & Production department is responsible for assembling and packaging our Boat Lift Boss Power Drive Units.
Will work with electrical components, small hand tools such as wire strippers & crimpers
Unboxing, reworking, final assembly and inspection of products
Use of power and hand tools
Measuring and testing of equipment
Assure productivity rates and quality standards
Requirements
* Communicate clearly with co-workers and manager
* Ability to work in a team environment
* Basic mechanical aptitude
* Willingness to work overtime and extended hours as business needs dictate
* Results driven with strong attention to detail
* Must be able to read and understand basic work instructions and identify packing specifications.
* May require long period of sitting and/or standing
* Lifting ability of 50 lbs. at times it can be up to 70l bs
* Promotes a safe, clean, and respectful work environment
