The Shop Supervisor manager role will be a proven leader that provides a team concept mindset to build and unify the garage, safety driven and a productive leader. Ability to train while leading their team to success and achieve all internal and company goals. The role has administrative duties that is related to the day-to-day repair & preventive maintenance.
In this role, you will be responsible for managing all repairs and preventive maintenance on all vehicles and equipment. This also includes managing the of all parts purchased, settlement of invoices. The right candidate will have excellent multi-tasking skills and verbal/written communication skills.
- Oversee the Austin location garage operations
- Maintain a repaired, down, scheduled reports
- Communicate daily task to staff to reach outlined service metrics and goals
- Responsible for maintaining, and processing invoices
- Ensuring proper parts are ordered and in inventory for necessary repairs
- Responsible for all garage scheduling for service repair &maintenance on all V&E and small engine repair
