is looking for the next member of our growth team.As an

Account Executive

at Vibrent Health, you will drive enterprise software sales that incorporate professional services through a SaaS business model. Your role will be to engage prospects and educate them on Vibrent s capacity to help them reach their research goals. You will focus on developing qualified leads, shaping opportunities, and bringing them to closure (these will be specific accounts in the digital health research and decentralized clinical trials space.)Successful candidates will bring a background in selling digital technologies or data products in health or clinical research. You will bring talent, experience, and expertise in your craft to a company that values integrity, knowledge, original thought, and optimizing human health through precision technology.This role requires someone who is a hunter and has a proven track-record of generating new revenue quickly. They will be strongly self-motivated, curious, courageous, and outcome-driven, with a demonstrated history of managing, closing, and accurately forecasting a pipeline of opportunities. Critical thinking, analytical skills, and the ability to efficiently prioritize tasks will be essential to excel in this role. Also important will be your ability and willingness to put the broader success of the company first and work cross-functionally to ensure that Vibrent achieves its collective goals.Vibrent Health is a "remote first" team. We will equip you to work remotely on a team that is fully remote with possible10-30% travel.Responsibilities

Own the sales process for enterprise software and research services, starting with qualified leads, shaping opportunities, and developing them to closureBuild a funnel. Grow a funnel for deals that will close 6 to 18 months out to ensure you are able to meet or exceed your quotaFocus exclusively on new business/new account acquisitionUnderstand and communicate the value of data in health researchDrive enterprise software sales that incorporate professional services through a SaaS business modelEffectively engage and collaborate with internal resources to achieve performance goalsServe as a trusted advisor to prospects understand their needs and aid in building out their research study strategyManage and drive revenue through multiple, complex go-to-market strategiesInterface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of managementProvide reports on established KPIsREQUIRED EXPERIENCE

Bachelor s degree in health sciences, communications, or business6+ years of successful sales experience in the SaaS industryExperience with health research methodologies, digital health technologies, and digital clinical trials and selling to principle investigators, directors of research and/or similar research rolesExperience navigating complex buyer organizationsTrack record of achieving metrics and KPIs and meeting business targetsDemonstrable critical thinking and analytical skillsHighly-skilled in CRM usage for pipeline managementProven background in B2B sales at a fast-growing technology/SaaS company, working closely with marketing and product teamsAbility to synthesize large amounts of disparate information, qualitative and quantitative, and distill them for different audience segments in clear and effective waysStrong interpersonal skills you operate with high levels of humility, empathy, and integrity and are willing to put team above self, acting like a leader in all situationsStrong bias to action with an ability to quickly prioritizeIs a quick learner who can hit the ground running and works well under tight deadlinesPREFERRED EXPERIENCE
