**Description**
**Position Summary:** Reporting to the Vice President of Retail, the Retail eCommerce Fulfillment Manager will provide retail operations leadership, management and oversight to the organization's portfolio of retail line of business (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards). From supplier engagement, fulfillment and pricing strategy execution, master data management, project planning, reporting, managing budget/costs as well risk and issues. You will be working closely will all levels of the business to drive retail operational success and therefore need to be able to communicate effectively and concisely. You will also ensure consistency of processes across all retail lines of business.
**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS**
* Manage and coordinate vendor of record activities with programs for Home Depot, Lowes, and Menards.
* Overall responsibility for the VOR retail master data. This includes store assignments, JDE retail and buyback pricing, VOR item catalog, and point of sales item pricing and availability.
* Coordinate master data change activities with the appropriate internal AZEK departments. This includes creating the master data change templates that will be executed by the Master Data Team.
* Analysis VOR distributor inventory positions and make appropriate point of sales availability changes.
* Engage with the retail customer service team and sales team to define and implement continuous improvements with the VOR program
* Engage directly with the AZEK VOR distributors to implement continuous improvements and address servicing issues if appropriate.
* Respond to product changes and ensure they are represented in the VOR retail supply chain. This includes new product rollouts, restricted and obsolete items, and price changes.
* Support Distributor compliance and performance activities. This includes ensuring distributors are stocking the mandatory VOR product catalog and driving year-end store reassignments based on sales objectives.
* Lead projects to implement company level VOR retail objectives.
**DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS**
* Bachelor's Degree in Business related field preferred
* 5+ years experience in a Consumer Goods Operations role, preferably in building products retail (Home Depot, Lowes, Menards)
* Expertise using Office Tools and Collaboration
* Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
* Proven success in leading various business and technical projects
* Experience working with Senior Management
* Developing and Tracking Budgets
* Excellent vendor management skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
