Addition to Staff due to business growth! Currently looking for a Territory Sales Rep with experience selling building materials into Multi Family builders.
Responsibilities of the Territory Sales Rep:
- Implement Multi Family sales plans for Denver territory
- Manage the sales cycle, in conjunction with operations, from bid through install and service.
- Preserve and improve client orders through relationship development
- Grow territory YOY
Requirements of the Territory Sales Rep:
- Bachelors Degree
- 5+ years of B2B field sales experience within building materials industry
- 3+ years of successful sales experience with Multifamily Developers and General Contractors
- Must have clear criminal background and driving record
Compensation for the Territory Sales Rep:
- Strong base salary - targeted range of $85K to $95K
- 30% Bonus plan - paid quarterly
