Continental Research is searching for an Exclusive Factory Representative to grow our market share and develop high quality Target Zone Accounts. This is a dynamic role with duties fulfilling customer needs, new account development, and participation in our market strategy and product roadmap. Performance is measured by account acquisition, territory and account penetration, and customer experience. This role s compensation plan is built for six-figure on-track-earnings and works closely with Sales and Marketing personnel in order to drive commensurate success. Continental has 57 years experience and outstanding nationwide reputation in the specialty maintenance industry.

Compensation

Attractive Starting Salary, $40,000 plus commissions and bonuses.

Year 1, $55-65K. Year 3-4, $100,000 plus.

Weekly Commissions on all revenue generated from previous the week.

Achievable Milestone Bonuses monthly. Annual recognition trip opportunity.

What You Will Do

Advise and issue solutions from the Continental product line to ensure customer success.

Sell to municipalities, schools, health care, commercial and industrial accounts.

Develop new business opportunities in your territory while maintaining established customers

Track sales process by updating or creating records with CRM regarding customer & product status

Research and develop relationships with business partners to maximize profitability of your territory

Provide detailed sales reports and other required project/pipeline information

Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Project Management and Operations



Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

Experience in direct selling and/or product showcasing is a plus but is not required

Appreciation of how business metrics and data is used in the marketplace

Interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with co-workers, customers, and business partners

Organizational skills and ability to anticipate, plan, prioritize and self-manage workload

Ability to develop and demonstrate sales presentations to small or large groups

Ability to travel to customers, training, and trade shows as needed

Enthusiasm for Account Management and Sales

A valid driver s license

Basic Microsoft Office skills
