Global Solutions Network (GSN), a federal government contracting firm, presents this full time, long-term position supporting GSN's customer at the Health and Human Services (HHS) Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority (BARDA). Technical Requirements:
Provide senior-level program support by acting as a liaison and an effective communicator/facilitator between the Administrative Staff, Principal Investigators, and various departments.
Assist with tracking current contracts spending and providing spending projections.
Participate in planning sessions, contribute management-oriented expertise in discussions of innovative ways and means of carrying out assigned programs, new programs, etc., and provide expert advice on the management implications of policy and program proposals.
Provide contract, budget, procurement, branch operating procedures and oversees delegations of authority for use within the department to obtain products and services in a timely manner.
Assist the Administrative Officer with all transactions.
Lead, develop and implement SOP s.
Keep the Chief informed regarding various ethics training and maintains ethics forms for staff including financial disclosures and outside activities.
Handle travel requirements, domestic and international, sponsored and non-sponsored and remain current on travel policy.
Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in business administration or a related field is required.
Minimum 5 years of experience is required.
