In addition to receptionist duties, this position provides administrative support to the Admissions department.Principal Job Functions:* Answering a multi-line phone system* Polite and Professional Customer Service* Data entry and other Admissions functions* Faxing, filing and basic office duties* Special projects as assigned.Qualifications:The ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing with a diverse group of students and peers is required. Attention to detail, ability to multi-task and manage time are essential skills for this position.
