As we continue to expand, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Specialist II to join our team.
Position Overview:
The Marketing Specialist II will play a key role in developing and executing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer acquisition. This position requires a balanced understanding of marketing principles, with a focus on campaign production and management, strategic content development, and product marketing.
Responsibilities:
Campaign Production and Management:
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns to promote Valicor's products and services.
- Manage the end-to-end campaign process, including planning, implementation, monitoring, and optimization.
- Utilize data-driven insights to segment target audiences and personalize campaign messaging.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Product Management Experience:
- Drive product marketing initiatives to support product launches and ongoing promotion.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and opportunities to support competitive business strategy development .
- Collaborate with product development teams to understand product features, benefits, and unique selling propositions.
- Develop product positioning, messaging, and go-to-market strategies.
Strategic Content Development, Production, and Management:
- Create compelling and relevant content across various formats, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, videos, and infographics.
- Develop content strategies aligned with marketing objectives and target audience interests.
- Oversee content production, from ideation and creation to editing and distribution.
- Measure content performance and iterate strategies based on analytics insights.
Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze marketing data to track campaign performance, ROI, and other key metrics.
- Optimize marketing campaigns based on performance insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Utilize marketing automation and analytics tools to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as sales, engineering, compliance, and customer support to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Five years of experience in marketing, with a focus on campaign management, content development, and product marketing.
- Industrial background, ideally with experience in the manufacturing sector. Expertise in the environmental services sector is highly beneficial.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Expertise in digital marketing and proficiency with marketing automation platforms, especially HubSpot.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret marketing data to drive decision-making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and a passion for driving results.
- Some travel may be required.
