Annual Salary Range: $65,000-$85,000
$65,000 Base Salary + $20,000 in Monthly Bonus Potential

The primary responsibility of a General Manager is to manage the people, process, product, and drive sales. Our General Managers focus on clean, dry, and shiny cars, friendly and professional teams, and super clean locations. General Managers are not alone in running their locations. Each manager has a staff that includes other managers and employees that is supported by a network of maintenance, sales, and regional management teams.

Position Requirements
- 4 years of management experience required
- General Manager/Store Manager/Operations Manager/Lead Manager/ Sales Manager experience preferred
- Sales experience preferred

- Ability to work in outside weather conditions year round
