A law firm in Los Angeles, CA, is actively seeking a dynamic and experienced Partner specializing in Healthcare to join their team. This remote position requires a Partner with a portable business of $350,000 to $500,000, contributing to the firm's Healthcare practice group.

Duties:

  • Provide expert legal counsel in Healthcare law, encompassing regulatory compliance, transactional matters, and litigation.
  • Lead and oversee healthcare-related transactions, contracts, and regulatory issues.
  • Develop and maintain robust client relationships within the healthcare industry, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with other partners and legal professionals to enhance the overall performance of the Healthcare practice group.
  • Stay informed about legal and industry trends in Healthcare to provide strategic guidance.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Partner specializing in Healthcare within a reputable law firm.
  • Demonstrated ability to bring a portable business ranging from $350,000 to $500,000.
  • Strong leadership skills with the capacity to effectively manage and mentor legal professionals.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

Education:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

  • Active membership in the California State Bar or eligibility for admission.

Skills:

  • In-depth knowledge of Healthcare laws, regulations, and compliance matters.
