Job Details

BASIC PURPOSE:

To work closely with the Product Owner to prioritize and lead delivery of new and existing solutions that align with business initiatives and corporate strategies.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Participate as primary resource for a project team. Will be assigned activities by the Technical Owner and liaise with the project team, and principal engineer regarding the project.Assist with testing, identifying compatibility gaps, and working with the involved teams to discuss solutions.Accountable for completion of assigned deliverables, milestones, and reporting on iteration or task progress.Exhibit behaviors of a highly skilled problem solver.Ensure technology and service delivery roadmap support the solution strategy.Collaborate with Product Owner, customers, developers, and project team to identify and clarify scope of problems/issues in terms of business/systems requirements and processes.Support the team s efforts to continuously improve communications and relationships with other delivery teams.Engage in challenging the old norms of development to improve performance in the areas of quality, predictability, flow, and velocity.Support software development teams in applying the Scrum framework.Perform other duties as assigned.

REQUIRED

Strong experience with .NET developmentStrong experience with Cloud developmentExperience with virtualization (Citrix)Financial industry experience/knowledgeExperience and knowledge working on project to convert software to run in a virtualized environment.Ability to determine what products and equipment will and won t work with software in a virtualized environment.Ability to identify solutions to resolve products that will not work within a virtualized environment.Experience working on projects following a Waterfall methodology.Experience supporting discovery/analysis phases of projects.Strong investigation and trouble shooting skills.Proven ability supporting project plans.

DESIRED

Pre-existing experience developing or using Encore Teller System software.Experience working on projects following an Agile methodology.

Work Days: Monday-Friday (Flex time available)

Work Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Eastern Time

Employee may be required to work outside normal working hours to provide technical support during product implementation or product support efforts
