**Overview:**
In this position, you will work in one of the many restaurants or quick service locations in the park to assist guests and serve food & beverage items. Applicants must be 15+. Starting pay is $18/hour for ages 16 and up.

**How You'll Make A Difference:**
* Greets guests, answers questions, ensures quality service, and resolves complaints for guests.
* Takes proper payment for food and beverage items using a register.
* Takes and fills food and beverage orders from guests; cooks and prepares food items.
* Uses soda fountains to serve cold drinks and to make milkshakes and frozen desserts.
* Squeegees floors, wipes off counters, sweeps, empties trash and completes other general cleaning duties.
* Maintains proper stock levels for all serving, kitchen, dining, and condiment areas; alerts Team Leader of supply shortages.
* Ensures all safety equipment is being used properly; alerts Supervisor or any malfunctions, safety concerns, or needs.
* Provides guest service according to Cedar Fair standards when serving the guest or working with subordinates, including initiating guest interactions, answering questions and giving directions.
* Maintains cleanliness and safety in assigned work area and performs all duties in compliance with Cedar Fair Safety guidelines and requirements and reports all unsafe or unusual conditions to supervision.
* Other duties may be assigned.
**We're Looking For:**
* Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs.
* Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law.
* Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law.
