Job Details

Our Client, a Fashion Brand in NYC, is looking for a Temporary Receptionist to join their team on site ASAP.


Responsibilities

Answering all phone and email inquires.

Manage the front desk and greet all guests.

Completing admin paperwork as needed.

Ensure office supplies are available / ordered.

Assisting in coordinating staff meetings or trainings.

Ensure all office environmental standards are upheld.

Perform administrative functions to support different business areas.


Qualifications

2-3 years of office management/reception experience preferred.

Understanding of fashion industry.

Maintain a friendly and warm demeanor at all times.

Strong problem solving skills

Impeccable attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
