      The Population Health Senior Program Administrator (Population Health Program Manager) will work within the Office of Population Health and lead programs and projects that help achieve our population health objectives.

      The Population Health Program Administrator is responsible for managing entire programs and projects, driving continuous process improvement, and partnering with all the various stakeholders across the health system that can assist in these various value-based care/care transformation programs.

      A particular program of focus is the Maryland Primary Care Program (MDPCP). The MDPCP supports the overall health care transformation process and allows primary care providers to play an increased role in prevention, management of chronic disease, and preventing unnecessary hospital utilization.

      Location: Hybrid 3 days from home and 2 days in Baltimore, MD

      Requirements:

      • Master's degree in Public Health, Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Health Economics or another related field is required
      • Previous experience managing entire programs and projects within the Population Health/Healthcare/Insurance sectors is preferred
      • Previous exposure to working with/for Care Transformation Organizations (CTO) or Accountable Care Organizations (ACO) is preferred
