About the Job:
- Provide timely and professional responses to inquiries from applicants, examinees, and other stakeholders.
- Demonstrate extensive knowledge of services and policies, integrating departmental policies and feedback from audits into daily operations.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and diagnose errors on various applications while working collaboratively within a team.
- Establish rapport and maintain professionalism while articulating client needs and explaining complex business rules clearly.
- Utilize tools and resources effectively to provide accurate responses, mitigate complaints, and refer unresolved grievances appropriately.
- Document all inquiries, conduct thorough research, and follow up on requests as necessary, contributing to the development and refinement of service resources.
About You:
- 2+ years of call center experience
- A bachelor's degree is preferred.
- Ability to type 40+ WPM and proficiency in MS Suite is required.
- Ability to work meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and decision-making skills.
About the Position:
- Pays $19/hr
- Potential for early raises!
- Temporary for 9 months
- Potential for the assignment to extend.
