LHH is seeking a motivated and results-driven Advertising Sales Executive to join our client's team. This role involves a combination of proactive outreach to businesses for advertising opportunities in magazines and at tradeshows, as well as responding to incoming inquiries.
Responsibilities:
- Follow up via email and phone calls with leads to discuss advertising opportunities and send out advertising plans.
- Cold call businesses to introduce our advertising services and generate new leads.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative advertising solutions tailored to clients' needs.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new opportunities.
Requirements:
- 2 years of sales experience, preferably in advertising or media communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Availability to travel for tradeshows or client meetings as needed.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Recent experience selling media communications, including digital ads, print media, etc.
- Familiarity with advertising industry trends and best practices.
- Experience working with advertising agencies or media companies.
Salary: $45K + Commission + Monthly stipend
