Role Description
The position available is for a full-time, hybrid Clinical Therapist. The successful candidate will provide counseling services to individuals, couples, and families, conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and lead therapeutic interventions. Located in Alexandria, VA, this role offers a flexible schedule and the option for some remote work. It is a W2 position that includes a comprehensive benefits package with CareFirst policies, life, vision, dental, and a 401K plan. Sponsorship opportunities are available for H1B visas and green cards.
Qualifications
- Master's degree or higher in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field
- Licensed as a Clinical Therapist (LCP, LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Experience conducting assessments, diagnosing mental health conditions, and developing treatment plans
- Proficient in evidence-based therapeutic interventions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in the field
- Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural sensitivity
- Excellent documentation and record-keeping skills
