As the Senior Product Designer for Cloud Service Management, you will join the Cloud Service Management Design team which owns the end-to-end experience for our SL - Os, Incidents, Event Management, and Case Management products. On Cloud Service Management we offer one unified platform that connects observability signals and workflow actions into a single place. Cloud Service Management is designed for DevOps engineers who struggle to quickly diagnose issues and coordinate responders, break down collaboration silos, and trace clean data across multiple tools. The product suite helps DevOps engineers create and manage workflows to identify service disruptions sooner, accelerate productivity, and foster better cross-functional accountability and collaboration.
