Planning / Scheduling Professional
Location: Conshohocken, PA ( must be within a commutable distance)
Position type: Long-term Contract
Schedule: 8AM-4:30 PM
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of Planning / Scheduling experience with Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Management, ( EPC ), and validation EPCMV life-cycle projects in the Life Sciences, Bio-Pharma industry
- Experience Working within the Primavera (P6) scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse
- BIM 4D knowledge preferred
- Ability to develop schedule analysis presentations both graphically, written and verbally.
- Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) a plus
- Experienced in Excel and Access
- Knowledge of Cost Tracking/Forecasting a plus
- Experience with EVM (Earned Value Management)
Responsibilities:
- A thorough understanding of building construction, timelines, and practice
- Creates, updates and analyzes CPM schedules and recommends workarounds and schedule improvement ideas
- Experience Working inside the Primavera (P6) scheduling tool and Schedule Analysis/Acumen Fuse. Working knowledge of Oracle Primavera Cloud (OPC) a plus
- Facilitates multi-company interactive planning sessions
- Communicates schedule status regularly via formal and informal meetings and reports
- Interacts with engineering and construction personnel to understand and communicate issues and conflicts that impact the schedule
- Collaboratively work with PM and CMs using the schedule as a tool to help deliver the project on schedule.
- Coordinate the project's earned value system with schedule updates
- Uses knowledge of general application of principles, theories, concepts, and industry practices and standards to perform work
