Our client, UnityLab, located in Dushore, PA, is looking for a highly motivated, sales-driven individual to join the team as an Inside Sales (eCommerce) Representative.

The focus of our Inside Sales (eCommerce) Representative is:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing information on UnityLab products.
- Developing and maintaining strong customer relationships by providing exceptional customer service and product knowledge.
- Meeting and exceeding sales targets through effective sales techniques and strategies.
- Collaborating with sales team members and product specialists to understand customer needs and provide customized solutions.
- Accurately maintaining customer and sales records in our CRM system.

- Computer literacy and proficiency in online chat platforms.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Knowledge of commercial laundry equipment is an asset.
